AI Startups: 100x and cheaper

Eight years ago, I published a piece here on what I called “How to build an enduring, multi-billion dollar business: create a 10x product + recast incumbent cost structures.”

At the time, I speculated that in the future, AI would be the technology catalyst to unleash a new wave of startups that follow this recipe. Little did I know that the first wave of those companies would largely be B2B focused.
